The renovation of an industrial precinct into office space for an international call centre company.

The project included the renovation of two separate erven into a single precinct. The existing buildings were retained in part and adapted in order to re-purpose the master planning for a specific tenant. Care was taken to retain the industrial feel of the previous sewing machine factories, reusing existing timber rafters, steel machinery, etc.
