Renovation of an existing three storey office building, situated on a busy main road

The design looks to add three additional storeys, re-cladding the structure and unifying the design through fenestration and balcony cut-outs.

An internal atrium was cut out through the existing floors, allowing for a new feature stair to span the full height of the building. Internal screens and planting soften the industrial feel of the building.
