The project involved the renovation of an existing printing press into office spaces.

A new floor was cast within the double volume second floor, creating a triple storey atrium space through the center of the building. The concept was to keep the building’s industrial look and feel through the use of raw brickwork, rusted steel, exposed concrete, etc.

We are proud to announce that the building won the best commercial renovation / redevelopment in South Africa award in the 2022 – 2023 International Property Awards.
