Clareview

Renovation of an existing office space to accommodate a high-end audio-visual equipment retailer.

Located in the Clareview Business Park, an existing ground floor and first floor commercial unit were reconfigured to create three units with a new shared entrance lobby and access stair, toilets and kitchens. The alteration included a complete upgrade of all finishes and fittings, HVAC and fire services, as well as the replacement of all external doors, windows and shopfronts to match the existing.

The ground floor unit was designed to accommodate a high-end audio-visual equipment retailer. This required a small showroom for customers on an appointment basis, and ancillary back of house areas for repairs and deliveries. The first floor units were fitted out to provide open plan office spaces.

Particular attention was placed on the design of the new entrance stair and timber feature wall, to generate visual impact on entering and to tie in with the look and feel of the audio-visual retailer’s fitout, thereby extending the customer’s in-store experience.
