Clifton Third

A complete renovation of a bungalow on Clifton 3rd beach.

The need for a contemporary refresh of the finishes and fittings in the bungalow provided the opportunity to reconfigure the layout of the living, kitchen and entertainment areas, within the constraints of the strict development parameters of the Clifton heritage area. This resulted in a better flow between spaces and a more natural connection between the kitchen and wrap-around terrace. In rationalising storage requirements, a linear storage/ bar/ display/ fireplace unit was developed, featuring a polished concrete plinth along the back wall.
