A complete house renovation to unlock the site’s full potential.

The client required a more spacious feel within the house, opening up the sea views on the first floor and a stronger connection to the garden and pool areas on the ground floor. This resulted in previously void spaces being brought into the re-planning to allow for a new study and fourth bedroom. A complete re-design of the street-facing boundary wall and carport created a more contemporary facade.
