The Felix

The Felix is a comprehensive upgrade to the former Picbel Parkade.

The work includes the refurbishment and upgrades to both Strand and Waterkant street facing facades, lift lobby foyers, office level bathrooms and two atrium spaces. The design brief called for the bold use of colour and a ‘playful’ design to breathe new life into the building
